Green Technical Service’s Repair Service
Green Technical Services, Inc. runs an on-site electro-mechanical repair service for retailers and manufacturers in our 22 state coverage area (see map below). We are the preferred service provider for nearly all of the manufacturers we provide service for which includes, electric handicap carts, belted check lanes, cart pushers, pneumatic tube systems, back room conveyors, cart management systems, paint shakers, paint tinters, carpet racks, carpet carousels, panel saws, radial arm saws, waste oil tanks and much more. Green Technical Services uses no sub-contractors, we are fully insured, and we carry needed parts, and are committed to keeping costs down by completing the highest percentage of calls in the industry on the first trip.
For over 20 years, Green Technical Services has provided high quality, professional, and cost effective on-site machinery and equipment maintenance, repair, and installation services. We specialize in servicing and installing specialty equipment quickly and on-site. Retailers use our service to ensure rapid cost effective repair to their own equipment. Retailers essentially use Green Technical Services as an extension of their own maintenance departments while others outsource their maintenance departments to us.
Original equipment manufacturers use GTS to act as their field service department. We provide OEM’s with fast responsive local service capabilities at a much lower cost than they could provide for themselves.

- Completing the highest percentage of service calls on the first trip by carrying correct inventory.
- We analyze each technician’s inventory and our warehouse every quarter to ensure the correct parts are on the vans so first call completion rate is the highest possible percentage.
- With a high First Call Completion Rate we are eliminating down time, lost sales, and costly second trips saving our customers thousands of dollars.
- We charge manufacturer’s list price for parts which alone saves our customers thousands on parts costs.
- Completing all calls in the shortest window possible, and we believe our "Time to Complete a Call" rate is the best in the industry.

- We continually have our all of our technicians participate in factory and regional training on new and existing equipment.
- Completing paperwork as needed and to communicate call status as required.
- Prior to leaving service call, all techs call CC with service call update.
